2018 GLOBAL BRAIN SUMMIT

The New Zealand Multiple Sclerosis Research Trust was proud to be one of the sponsors of the Global Brain Summit at Auckland University of Technology (AUT) held in November and attended by international researchers, health professionals and policymakers.

The Global Brain Summit promotes worldwide cooperation in the research, treatment and prevention of neurological disorders. Bringing the world’s leading minds and best available research on the global burden of neurological disorders, together with those committed to improving public health outcomes in the Asia Pacific region.

The summit is a collaboration between AUT, The Lancet Neurology and Global Burden of Disease (GBD) study, which is coordinated by the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) at the University of Washington.
